I was raised in Lexington, South Carolina after my parents retired from the military, but have been in Texas for the last seven years. I graduated from the University of North Texas (GO MEAN GREEN) with a degree in Communications and a minor in Merchandising.
During college, I worked as a bartender, cheer coach, and program director which cultivated my leadership skills as well as a passion for serving the people around me. After graduating from college I dived directly into commercial real estate finance and sales where I was able to grow my own book of business while helping investors and private firms nationwide. My early career experience and involvement in sports throughout my life made it clear that being in conversation with people and helping people is where I find the most fulfillment in life. Pursuit has fit both my personal and career expectations by aligning with my core values of Advocacy, Family, and Outreach.
Outside of work I am an advocate for Human Trafficking with a local organization in Dallas. I also enjoy fashion and shopping, exploring new restaurants, coaching/mentoring young women, and spending time with family and friends. A quote I live by is “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive, and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style” - Maya Angelou
