I grew up in the suburbs of Fort Worth but always dreamed of living in Dallas. After high school, I attended the University of North Texas (go Mean Green!!), majoring in online marketing and minoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Following graduation in mid-2020, I eagerly started my career in the event industry, securing my first sales position. I developed a passion for building relationships and gained three years of experience selling a wide range of events, from small luncheons to extravagant weddings and corporate summits with concerts. Despite the rewarding nature of event sales, I faced challenges in maintaining a realistic work-life balance.
